He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the market in the MSP/STP area, so he adds so much value when it comes to decisions regarding investments in real property (whether your primary residence or an investment property). Cameron quickly understood what we were looking for in a property. Based off that information, he introduced us to a home that checked all of our boxes (that we would never has found ourselves). He is a fierce advocate for his clients and--even after an offer is accepted--will work tirelessly to ensure closing is seamless. His team members are wonderful. When my partner and I started looking for a house we contacted several realtors and decided to go with Cameron who came recommended from some friends. We have no regrets. Cameron was a wealth of knowledge throughout our tours and really helped explain things we, as first time homebuyers, did not know, both about the process as well as the houses themselves. We were looking primarily at older houses, and Cameron struck a superb balance of helping us find what we wanted while also warning us of potential pitfalls we weren't aware of (we know so much about asbestos now, thankfully we are not dealing with it in our house)! During our search, we came into contact with realtors who you could tell were primarily focused on their payday at the end of the process. Cameron always felt like he wanted us to find what was right for us, even if it took a little bit longer. He was genuine and empathetic during the setbacks we faced. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Cameron came personally recommended to me by a family friend, and it’s clear why! He was so patient and knowledgeable with all of my first-time homebuyer questions, and very easy to reach via text, call, or email. The homebuying process can be intimidating, but I felt at ease knowing Cameron had my back every step of the way; he brought things to my attention that I wouldn’t have thought about on my own. I am really thankful for his years of experience in that regard. He’s very approachable, down-to-earth, and professional, but not stuffy or condescending. Cameron is the best! My husband and I were first-time home buyers and appreciated all of his expertise and opinions. Cannot recommend Cameron and his team enough to anyone looking to sell their house, especially with the difficult housing market. We had a particularly difficult time selling, since we left the state, and he connected us with many different contractors that helped us fix what we needed at very good prices. He even found us someone to maintain our lawn and keep the place looking tour-ready while we were away. Unbelievable service and we were truly fortunate to have had him and his team at our service. Ultra professional and with us every single step of the way. The man really knows this business. A++
